Dear God, help us to remember how imperfect we are, but I ask that you would give us the encouragement to bring out the good in us. As a generation and people of your earth, give us hope in the innate goodness that you placed in all of us. Give us the strength to live every day like it is our precious last, for we realize that we can die so easily, even as we walk on our campuses. Bless us with hope so strong that we can put the tragedy behind us and continue running the race towards you. But most of all, bless us with your love so that we can love others with the same, unconditional love, for you have taught us that love is the cure to everything.
